Cindi Dailey Richardson was born in Guatemala and moved to San Diego at a young age. She attended Oakwood University, where she obtained a B.A. in Business Management/Accounting from Oakwood University. After graduation she focused her career in the healthcare industry and has been working in the non-profit sector. Education to underserved communities is her passion. She believes that healthcare should be available to all population. Her goal is to foster an environment that values diversity, education and professionalism in healthcare while maintaining a dedicated focus on inclusion and equality in services provided.
Outside of work she is an active member of the following Board of Directors; San Diego Academy - her high school Alma Mata and Open Hearts Leaders an organization which focuses on helping individuals from diverse backgrounds empower, educate, restore and build better relationships within communities.
She enjoys reading, movies, outdoor sports (cycling & skating) and spending time with family and friends.
